“I used to always ride my bike around my house growing up and now that I have more time I rediscovered my love for it.”
Romaine Dixon
“I've had a great love for music and at a early age I was inspired to create music by my older brother who also enjoyed and love music, it's been so long however that I've actually really sat to create something new and that I really love, but now given the current situation and having to be home I've been able to reignite my passion to write and I'm extremely happy about what I've been working on.”
Matthew Noszka
“Been able to make more time for my DIY projects and catching up on my Netflix shows, just finished Ozark - highly recommend it!”

Cheikh Kebe
“I got back into the habit of drawing, documenting myself and learning new techniques for sewing creations that I like. I spend most of my time sewing and drawing. This is the perfect time for me to give free rein to my creativity but also to have time to make clothes; sewing is a lot of patience and time, so the opportunity is good to do it. I also got back into the habit of meeting up with my family, having long discussions on various subjects of life and playing board games.”
Henry Kitcher
“With all this time on my hands, my friend George and I put together an online gallery where artists can submit work and have it featured on the website’s homepage for 24hrs. We aimed to create a place where artists and art-lovers alike can come once a day, or every couple of days, for a bit of inspiration and creative sustenance. Some beauty in all this madness. So if you’re missing your weekend art fix, swing by to @freewall.space and find out more!”
Biel Juste
“Plot Twist: Loving this time. Been able to focus as much as I always wanted to my jewelry brand, to myself & to my Girlfriend. But don’t touch my summer though…”
Sonny Hall
“A more complex battle with my madder side and with that, I’ve been writing and creating more than ever. Primarily to grow from this moment and strip myself down in preparation for my new book.”

Denys Pivtorak
“Introspection is the main habit that has been helping me get through these weird times. I’m listening to my own thoughts and getting to know myself more than ever, finding out my needs, desires and setting new goals. There’s nothing better than taking time for talking to yourself.”
Freek Iven
“During the isolation I haven’t really rediscovered any old habits except from exercising, jogging and going out for a walk to stay fit. I try to keep myself busy by working on my house a lot. I spend a lot of time in the garden building a terrace and painting the rooms inside. For the rest of my time I try to enjoy the little things more and rest a bit after a long period of work.”
Aiden Andrews
“I'd say the habits I've rediscovered include painting and playing my guitar. I spend hours doing both everyday.”
Lucky Blue Smith
“Been sharpening up my cooking skills.”
Fernando Lindez
“During quarantine I've discovered new passions as reading for fun or painting with music. I find music very relaxing and when done with meditation i feel really relaxed and focused. Furthermore, I enjoyed many TV shows such as “Stranger Things” which really catches my attention. From another point of view i also thought how lucky I am to be healthy and with my family. This habits, I hope so, will continue after the quarantine is over. I really want to thank every law enforcement for taking care of all of us, exposing themselves, while we are at home with our families.”
Joan Pala
“During this quarantine, apart from missing my boys, I’ve been rediscovering my cooking skills. I used to cook every day and now that the internet is full of tasty recipes I’m improving quite a lot. Also taking care of my little dog here going crazy it’s a nice kill time haha!”
Maksymilian Barczak
“Of course life during quarantine is slightly different. I’ve discovered that in this hard time the closest relation with my family means even more than usual. I’m happy to have an opportunity to spend a lot of time with them.”
James Turlington
“It has been nice to focus on my nutrition, having the time to cook at home & progress my skills in the kitchen. I love cooking and have been traveling a lot lately so I haven’t had the chance to cook as much as I usually do. I’ve also started running again. I tore my ACL/MCL & LCL 8 months ago so it’s been nice getting to run on a regular basis again (for the hour a day I leave the house.) I’ve also been re-connecting with old teammates & friends through zoom & FaceTime. We’re all so busy so it’s been nice to talk to my friends that I haven’t seen in months.”
Rishi Robin
“To be honest I didn’t rediscover any habits but i really have been relaxing and having the best time with my family. Being together is what makes this so much easier. I’m trying to keep myself busy like helping my mom out with cooking and cleaning, playing games with my brother, calling my girlfriend and working out. These are some examples of how my day looks like.”
Austin Mahone
“During this quarantine I’ve gotten back into the habit of gaming with all my friends online again, I feel like I’m back in my middle school days.”

“During quarantine I rediscovered my passion for reading and researching.”
Daan Duez
“I haven't necessarily rediscovered any habits (except maybe turning my alarm off and falling asleep again without feeling guilty) but I have definitely learned to appreciate the very small parts of daily life a lot more; cooking, doing laundry or just sitting outside in the sun suddenly become more important and significant parts of my days. Since we are both always traveling and on the move, this is actually the first time that I get to spend so many days together with my girlfriend at home so I'm trying to enjoy every minute of it.”
Peter Dupont
“I started running again. I used to fight in Thai Boxing I ran then, it feels so good to be back into that groove. It’s important to keep moving obviously within the rules and regulations. Also I have been taking a lot of pictures. My girlfriend and I have got some new cameras and gear to build sets at home. I like using time on this and learning more about light and the technical stuff at the other end of the lens then I’m used to.”
Jonas Gloer
"In the days of covid 19 keeping most of us hostage at home, two places in our apartment have come to be most important in keeping my sanity. One is the window. It is the easiest and often the only connection to the reality outside of our apartment. Often we spend our afternoons reading a book on the fire escape. The other place is the bathroom. While I consider myself very lucky to be quarantined with the woman that I love, it is nearly impossible to be alone in our small apartment. The bathroom is the only room with a door."
Désiré Mia
“Ciao Vogue, Come stai? In the last two years, I collected post stamps and cards from all over the world and now I have time to write long letters and send them to my family and friends. Feels great! Sending much love from Germany <3 xx Desi”
James Yates
“During isolation I have rediscovered 2 old habits. A morning routine of meditation, peace and journaling, a few moments to myself to enjoy the quiet we have at the moment and check in with how I feel. and I’ve also rediscovered my love for cooking, making homemade pasta and Thai curries.”

Aramish Mangi
“Before lockdown, I really got into basketball and hooped every opportunity I got at my local court. Since the court is now closed due to COVID-19, it’s led to me hooping at home all day and night. Although I’ve received several neighbourly complaints, it’s simply a sport I love! In my defence, we all gotta get our exercise somehow! We all know lockdown sucks, however it’s given me the opportunity to stay at home and focus on the little things such as cooking and simply relaxing. Cooking with new ingredients and exploring different flavours has become a passion of mine. Lastly, It’s also important to note that we mustn’t put ourselves down if we’re not being productive during this horrible time, but rather stay safe and avoid social gatherings. Love, Aramish Mangi”
Giacomo Cavalli
“Since quarantine I had found myself living a completely different life. Normality for me meant taking x flights per month and being on a constant non-stop journey. Now I’ve been having the time to value the present more, to focus more on myself and to truly appreciate a simple sunny day. I keep myself busy with anything I find stimulating, including gardening.”
Efraim Schroder
“One of the things I’m rediscovering during quarantine is learning how to play cello with my dad. He plays it and he tried to teach me when I was younger but I wasn’t into it. So last year I asked him to teach me but we never found the perfect time for it, now time is what we have the most.”
Dominik Sadoch
“Finally less procrastinating. I still live by my own rhythm which maybe isn’t the fastest, but now thanks to no social distractions I manage to have a nice time and yet be productive. I definitely rediscovered the joy of learning a new language. I have a Spanish class on Skype everyday. I also never reached such high streak on working out and cooking which I do everyday now. These would be the solid parts of my daily routine which I top up with watching movies, taking pictures, Duolingo, reading, writing a diary (which I believe is a great habit) and attempting painting.”
Alton Mason
“During quarantine I’ve rediscovered my love for cooking and how much I missed home cooked meals!”
Jon Kortajarena
“I have started listening again to the sounds around me.. I remember I used to love the sound of the rain when I was a kid, but since then, my life was always going too fast to stop and listen. I didn’t realized how therapeutic it is. It makes you connect with the present moment and the nature around you”
Will Peltz
“It’s more so that I’ve gotten rid of a habit during quarantine. I’ve been wanting to kick my nicotine habit for a long time and finally have been able to.”
Rob Raco
“I have rediscovered my Artistic Madness.”
Vlad Zorin, Yulian Antukh
Vlad: “I've started to write poems again. I created them to put on the photos with handwriting for my new exhibition. I hope I can show my new works soon! I've started to draw again, doing a few sketches every day, and waiting the shops with canvases will be opened again, so I can paint on canvas. During quarantine I have more free time to realize my plans. I'm no longer in a hurry, I more enjoy, every morning about 1 hour I'm spending in my bed, watching the sky and sun from my window. And of course I continue to plan and to dream, what I always do from my childhood.”
Yulian: “During quarantine I've remembered my hobbies from childhood. I liked flowers and wanted to decorate everything around me. So now I am spending a lot of time in the garden, and picking flowers and looking for cute sprigs and decorate with it my living room. And after I am looking at flowers and starting to think what should I swap, change, maybe repaint. And I'm busy with it for half a day. And that's why I decided to study design interior. And I am studying now. Quarantine helped me to remember what I've liked a long time ago.”
German Larkin, Dania Che
German: “I’ve reunited with my my mother and my nephews 3 and 7 years old in our family house, so I can feel the joy of raising kids again, otherwise impossible in my ever crazy schedule. Plus I started to use FaceTime to shoot my models who I miss so much!”
Dania: “I started to share my workouts on Instagram and was surprised how many people loved and and asked for more! Also it’s an amazing time to watch movies and read books in bulk, I feel like I never got so much information in my head at a time”.
Marc Forne
“Being very honest, quarantine isn’t a thing that has kicked me well... Neither I’ve become a cook nor I’m a personal trainer by now... It surprised me and it has taken these first weeks to actually adapt and start seeing things the way they are. It has no doubt been a hard personal work, as dealing with oneself it’s always the hardest. But for that I’m thankful; through food, sleep, time, and the people around me, I’ve come to many conclusions that were always there but only by stopping I could see clearly. Reestablished life values and even if still confused and working on it, I believe of a positive result out of all this movie we’re living."
Kit Butler
“During quarantine I rediscovered my passion for reading and running!”
Jeenu Mahadevan
“I have rediscovered my ability to plow through tv-shows in the littlest of time, quarantine has done nothing but bring out my inner dormant slob hahah.”
Benno Bulang
“Usually, we cook a lot at home, it’s a very important part of our day. But adding the art of baking bread into our repertoire has made my girlfriend and I very happy. I have had really good bread from the bakery of course, but oh boy; our bread is delicious. Creating something with your own hands adds love and “puff” you have homemade bread with a unique character. It’s making me think a lot, finding joy in something as simple as bread. People have baked bread for millennia; it’s a tradition, or might I say “habit”, that will continue no matter the circumstances. It’s in our DNA. Bread will prevail, simple but mighty! Oh simple loaf of bread, no wonder I find myself in a state of despair finishing your last fluffy slice... but at the same time fulfilled with joy at the thought of what bread I can bake next.”
Krow Kian
“The thing I have rediscovered during quarantine is now that I have more time, I am back writing songs.”
Rubens Guez
“What I discovered during confinement was to create rap texts or techno sounds... And I love it!”
Carlo Sestini
“During this time, I’ve been at my most mentally active. I’m doing courses in art and learning a new language. Bettering my meditation and working out and stretching. I’m also restructuring my brand and planning what I want to call my new life for when life can resume.”

“I try to read a book at least an hour every single day as a daily routine, like a habit. I know this answer could be boring and pretty typical type of good habit but it is also difficult to do as we knew we’re living in a lots of media platform. Quarantine means we have much time to do something in a day at home. So try read a book and live slow then it will develop & raise your mind and mental things also knowledge as well during quarantine. It’s really good.”
Eliseu Zimmer
“During quarantine I have rediscovered taking pictures and levitating ;)”
Oscar Kindelan
“Well, I bought a guitar just when everything started. It ended up being one of my reasons to wake up hahaha. Love to play it, so relaxing and motivating to try to play all the song I like !!! Now I can’t go to sleep without learning something new :)”
Federico Spinas
“During quarantine I’m having the time to rediscover myself. I’m taking this time of “isolation” from society as a journey to my Inner self, challenging the Federico inside me to become a better stronger person. I’ve also been practicing boxing again to stay physically active. XX”
Etienne DeTesta
“Escaping for a little run every morning, enjoying the Portuguese spring, coming back home with a bag full of wild picked herbs and plants to cook and experiment dishes with chef @vanidoria. Enjoying the sun, drawing and tattooing on her. Chopped hair, shaved, not sure I’ll make a good hairstylist. Following studies of landscape ecology and the “formation du cueilleur” an amazing foraging course of Christophe from @lechemindelanature. That’s how I’ve been spending my days.”
Edoardo Sebastianelli
“During isolation I have rediscovered a little peace and a bit of quiet moment for me that I had lost for a while !! I'm a fan of Spanish so I'm trying to learn some of this language with some online lessons and as an Italian I'm also a big fan of food so in this spare time I'm enjoying cooking something for me .... a big hug to everyone and stay at home.”
Kirill Sokolovski
“I finally started to read more, draw pictures… Every day I have a stretching and ballet class, so I don’t get out of shape.”
