How to Get Beth Harmon's Covetable Style From The Queen's Gambit

With 62 million households binging The Queen's Gambit in its first 28 days on Netflix, I know more than a few of us were watching for character Beth Harmon's style. As Beth proves more proficient on the international chess stage, she also increases her wardrobe budget with covetable looks from the '50s and '60s. Many are inspired by Audrey Hepburn. The show is set during the golden age of travel, when PanAm ruled the airways and, as evidenced by Beth and her mother, martinis flowed.

People really dressed up to travel during that time. Like all of the outfits we've been saving up, someday when we travel again, we'll start looking for stylish and comfortable looks embodying Beth Harmon. One look that caught my eye in particular is when Beth travels to Russia in the final episode. It is stylish, chic, and functional. It includes a jacket with pockets that hold your passport and a turtleneck because airplanes are usually cold. I couldn't believe when I saw a similar look on Athleta's website! The fitness and lifestyle brand has a great selection of looks in comfortable, stain-resistant fabrics. Check out my selections, and try these outfits for yourself.
