Harry Styles's Rainbow-Sequin Jumpsuit Will Go Down in Coachella Style History

Harry Styles lit up Indio, CA, like a disco ball when he took the stage at Coachella. While headlining the music and arts festival on April 15, the "Watermelon Sugar" singer dazzled in an all-sequin outfit custom designed by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele. Similar to the getup Styles wore in his "As It Was" music video, the festive look appeared at first glance to be a jumpsuit but was actually a sleeveless top tucked into high-waisted trousers - which seems to be his new performance uniform. Both pieces were completely covered in multicolored, reflective sequins, and the tank top featured a plunging V-shaped neckline that showed off the star's butterfly chest tattoo.

With input from stylist Harry Lambert and creative director Molly Hawkins, Styles accessorized with heeled Gucci loafers, his go-to necklace featuring a cross and phallic banana pendant, several chunky rings, and a black feathery coat that he removed during his first song. He also wore red and light-teal nail polish that appeared to be from his new Pleasing beauty collection. Meanwhile, Styles's band members were clad in denim jumpsuits, also custom designed by Gucci.

During the show, Styles performed both new and old hits, including "Boyfriends," "Golden," "Kiwi," and even One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful." About halfway through the set, he brought out a similarly sequin-clad Shania Twain for a duet of "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!" and "You're Still the One," which made for quite the visual spectacle. Keep reading to admire Styles's glimmering Coachella look from every angle, and stay tuned to see what he wears for weekend two of the festival. Perhaps another one-of-a-kind Gucci ensemble is in the works?
